A little treat on the 118th floor – Rubber Duck Rum Baba, all entirely edible and delicious  

Created by Brazilian Masterchef, Chef Raphael Gil at the Ritz-Carlton hotel, this cute little dessert combines white chocolate, rum soaked sponge, lemon custard and meringue ice-cream. We tucked into it whole-heartedly with our guests after a hot day out in Lantau.
