Sin City

A glimpse of what happens in the shadows of Hong Kong’s streets…

Your host, Jameson Gong was a licensed NYC tour guide giving tours in Chinatown. Now he’s a licensed Hong Kong tour guide giving tours in a bigger Chinatown!

Bringing the first tour of its kind to Hong Kong… a Sin City tour.

You will learn the stories and understand the history of how Hong Kong started, and continues to have a thriving underbelly of activity.

Starting in Yau Ma Tei district, you will learn the hidden history of the area from the turn of the last century. Nothing helps you learn more about a city then it’s past criminal activity and deplorable sanity conditions! … opium dens, prostitution and bubonic plague were rife.

Learn about gambling at the Hong Kong Jockey club, one of the highest revenue making institutions in the world (28 billion USD in 2018) despite being a not-for-profit institution. Plus why there are so many Mah-jong palours and Pawn brokers in the city.

Jump on the MTR to Wan Chai and Lockhart Road, where you will sit for a drink in a local bar and talk to the local business owners. This is the home of the famous movie “World of Suzie Wong”, and modern day red-light district, which is completely legal in Hong Kong.

Jami’s tours are fun, full of facts and great stories. Above all, funny…. his other job is as a stand-up comedian!
